Welcome to Mays scaffolding supplies London section where we sell scaffold equipment to trades and the general public.
We are one of the biggest suppliers of high quality scaffold materials in 2023 and deliver throughout the UK.
You name it we sell it and if we don’t have a particular item in stock, we will either source it from another one of our depots or have it sent directly from our wholesale suppliers.

All of the scaffolding supplies we sell are of the highest quality and all conform to British and European standards. We also take our environment extremely seriously and only sell scaffold boards that are sustainably sourced and approved by the FSC. You will not get anything less than top notch equipment when you choose to buy scaffolding from us.
We are open Monday to Friday – 8.30am to 17.00pm. Unfortunately, we are closed Saturday’s and Sunday’s. If you want to place an order for scaffolding supplies during the times, we are not open then please drop us an email and we will respond as soon as we can.
Our main payment method for our supplies is bank transfer; however, we do accept payment by debit or credit card through PayPal but there will be an additional surcharge of 4% to cover our fees. Unfortunately, we do not currently accept cash or cheque. Our drivers also do not carry any money.
On the very unusual occasion you may find a product you wish to order is not readily available at our depot we will then have this delivered directly to you from our suppliers. Please note this will not affect our prices.
We have a lead time of 2-3 days. When you buy scaffolding supplies from Mays, we will provisionally book you in for a date but in order to confirm this date we do need cleared funds in our account, otherwise there may be a delay in dispatching your equipment
Not a problem at all! We have a large fleet of lorries from small half back trucks that we use to scoot around London to 26 tonne lorries with Hiab facilities. Please notify us of your access restrictions when you place your order so we can ensure we deliver any supplies you buy from us on the correct vehicle saving any glitches on the day we deliver.
Prior to delivering your order we do quality check all items going out or as they are loaded on to our trucks but on the odd occasion, we may miss a faulty item. In this instance please do not accept delivery of it and have it returned to the depot for a refund or we may be able to arrange a re-delivery for you depending on the item.
On the rare occasion you find that an item or a piece of equipment is faulty or not up to standard then we ask please do NOT take delivery of it and return it with the driver. If you have taken delivery and our driver has left unfortunately, we will be unable to come back and collect the item for you. We urge all customer to CHECK the materials before the driver leaves.
Yes, we are more than happy to arrange exporting of our supplies and scaffolding equipment to other countries. Please contact our sales team and let us know your requirements and we can arrange all of this for you. We currently have the ability to export our materials by various transport methods.
If you return any equipment to us as detailed above, we will endeavour to issue your refund within 7-14 working days this will be minus any transport charges.
We have depots across the country ready to deliver our scaffolding materials from the South Coast, London, Midlands and Scotland. There is not a city, town or village we will not deliver to.
Delivery charges all depend on what scaffold supplies you are purchasing from us, the quantities and also your location. Once we have the above information, we will then be able to give you an exact price for your order. Our delivery charges start from as little at £25-£80 but this does depend on your order. Please note that we do have minimum order quantities of our scaffold supplies to qualify for delivery. Please call our sales team who will be able to advise you of these.
